Guests at The Village Salento will be in the capable hands of our dining staff, ready to meet every need. In the kitchen, the expertise of our chefs will deliver a varied menu that meets expectations, with a constant focus on promoting local food and wine products. Indeed, fine Salento wines will be a staple on our guests’ tables.
The ingredients used are rooted in tradition, always with a touch of innovation and creativity.
A crucial service for those with celiac disease: basic gluten-free products are available, but please inform us during the booking process.
To meet the needs of our young guests and their families, we offer a dedicated Baby Room (0-2 years) equipped with a microwave, stove, dishes, cutlery, high chairs, and specific products (vegetable broth, vegetable and legume purées). The Baby Room is open during the same hours as the restaurant service.
Food intolerances will not be a limit. Gluten-free and lactose-free menus are available upon request at the time of booking.
